When we heard a new version of Little Women was going to be filming in Concord, right near our shop, we were excited. Production staff came in to obtain fresh flowers for the wedding scene and now we had a front row seat. For the final act, when videos from the December press junket at the Hawthorne Inn appeared, we watched actresses Laura Dern, Saoirse Ronan,

Needless to say, we had to go see the movie. With all the local location shots, many of them wedding venues we design and set up all season, watching was like a day in the life of Copper Penny Flowers! Jo and Amy with Aunt Marsh opposite the iconic  staircase at the The Bradley Estate…Meg and Laurie dancing in the ballroom at the Lyman Estate…Laurie asking Jo to marry him in the fields at Gibbet Hill Farm.  

We loved it…but then we were already fans of the March women.
