At Copper Penny Flowers we select the freshest blooms available that day to create a stunning flower arrangement for delivery.
Delivery Policy
We always attempt to deliver your floral arrangement in a timely manner. Our deliveries typically run from 11 AM to 5 PM and we ask for a three-hour window. Order by 1 PM for same-day local delivery. If you need to request an early delivery or a guaranteed time, please call the shop to add that to your order. There will be an additional fee.
Please make sure you give us the recipient’s complete correct address and phone numbers. In the event that we attempt delivery to the address provided, and the recipient is not available resulting in an order cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged. Weather permitting, we can leave flowers, tag the door, and leave a phone message. In extreme cold or heat, due to the perishability of flowers, we need to arrange with the recipient a mutually convenient delivery time. Once the delivery is completed, you will receive an email confirmation if you have provided a valid email address.
Our delivery area covers a wide range of area towns. Our delivery fee is $16 locally, with slightly higher fees for surrounding towns. Call us for details. Deliveries of three pieces or more to one location will be charged a 15% delivery fee. Minimum merchandise total for Concord is $65, with a higher minimum for surrounding towns.
We are happy to arrange for long-distance deliveries through our exclusive network of florists for a fee of $10.
We currently only offer fresh flower delivery through our full-service shop in Concord, MA. For wedding and event inquiriesat our design studio near historic Kennebunkport, ME, please submit a request for consultation or contact the shop.
Substitution Policy
We make every effort to reproduce floral designs as ordered. However, because flowers are live, seasonal, and perishable, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of an equal or greater value to maintain the quality and design standard of a Copper Penny Flowers arrangement.
